A reminder that I will be speaking on the topic of “Healthy Bones at Any Age” on Tuesday November 12th at 5:30 pm.  The event will be held at Aspen Grove Physical Therapy at 310 S. 9th St. in Montrose.  We will be discussing the impact of specific nutritional and lifestyle strategies on bone health.
