It’s Time To Do A Spring Cleanse!

Hello Everyone, 
As I mentioned in my previous newsletter, a Spring Cleanse can be a great way to reduce seasonal allergy symptoms by reducing the total burden of allergens and toxins in your system.  I also recommend doing a cleanse if you are feeling tired, bloated, foggy brained or have hormonal symptoms such as PMS and acne. 

The cleanse that I prescribe consists of recipes for two weeks of a clean, low allergen diet, a special protein powder to support liver detoxification, a high quality probiotic and lifestyle and movement recommendations.
